Knowing God through Proverbs
Wisdom, according to Solomon, is the all-important goal in life. He said, “Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gains understanding; for her proceeds are better than the profits of silver, and her gain than fine gold” (Prov. 3:13-15).
Our Daily Bread senior research editor Herb Vander Lugt led our team in the following study of the wisdom of Proverbs. It is our desire that you will not only see what God values, but that you will gain the knowledge of the One who makes the pursuit of wisdom so worthwhile.
