ARTOS is developing the Diploma in Ministry Leadership program to meet this urgent need.
With a fully online and highly flexible format, the Diploma program directly delivers relevant training to emerging ministry leaders who are already in the ministry or field where the knowledge and skills are needed most. Guided by mentors within their own cultural context, learners can immediately apply what they learn as they serve their communities.
Additionally, the program encourages learners to consistently integrate biblical principles in their personal lives and ministry, ensuring their growth as ministry leaders is deeply rooted in their maturing relationship with God.
