It seems to me at least that the early church has similar practices as the modern day Roman Catholic Church.

I believe the rise in Islam led to the decline of a Christianity in those regions.

I agree with Dr Ward’s definition of leadership. It doesn’t need to be with our faith. It can be secular as well. This is groundbreaking for me as I am starting to think whether I have more than one calling.
