Along with it I use a spiritual gifts assessment that has helped motivate students in fulfilling God&#8217;s call in their lives and what tasks are suitable for them on mission trips that fit for the spiritual gift. </p>

I have had to correct this by teaching absolute truth vs relative truth. There is no in between when it comes to truth and I point them to Scriptures on truth! This is positive because I am allowing God to speak to them through His Word. </p>

What did he/she do that was influential for you?</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>I grew up in public school and the one teacher that influenced me the most was my fifth grade teacher Mrs. Bowman. I am a high level autistic person with ADHD and the  way that Mrs. Bowman would deal with me is by walking me around the school hallways and tell me how important that I am to God and how He created me to be very special and that&hellip;</p>

What benefits have you seen from this?</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>Our school supports parents by providing free breakfast and lunch for the students. In the afternoon, we have volunteers who come and provide snacks for each student and school staff. </p>

Have you witnessed a change in the student’s life, or are you still waiting for that change to occur?</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>I had a student who was very challenging, however, with 3 weeks left in the school year that student gave his life to Christ and spoke at the assembly how God changed his life and apologized to everyone for his bad behavior and then said, &#8220;As Mr. Royall says, &#8220;It is a new day! Put yesterday behind you and move forward strive to better today&hellip;</p>

I want to implement the teaching of the memorization of the good and bad Kings for the purpose of allowing the students to learn what happens when you do good in the sight of the Lord and what happens when you do evil in the sight of the Lord. </p>

I always remind my students that each day is a new day. If they got in trouble the day before that it has already been handled and today is a new day. Why not make each day a new day and a new start. Lastly, I do my best to treat each student the same after all God has no favorites and therefore,&hellip;</p>
