I am especially amazed at Paul, who had approved of the stoning of Stephen, only to serve the latter part of his life facing torcher, imprisonment, and death on a daily basis.  He and the other early martyrs would never have stood for Christ if they had any doubt that He was truly the Son of God.</p>
