For example, when learning about genetics and chromosomes, we go over scripture about God creating man and woman. I would like to bring in more opportunities for students to look up their own scriptures to support truths. </p>

In my Honors courses particularly, I often give my students a long list a projects that I know can extend one of the standards in my class. I then have them pick 3 that they must complete by the end of the semester. This lets&hellip;</p>

Also, students who are tardy too many times get an absence and detention. This gives them grace and mercy, while teaching them there is a line they should not cross. </p>

As a biology teacher, these conversations come up naturally throughout the semester. There is even a Bible verse about raising a child in the way they should go, and when they are old they should not part from it. After that, I try to show grace and mercy as the Lord has shown me, but I will give students warnings. If the behavior continues, it will turn into an email or call home where both parents and the student can discuss the issues in the classroom. </p>

It was obvious how much he cared about every student, and took time to know us personally as well as through education. He wanted what was best for us and worked so much more than he had to. </p>

He would frequently make rude remarks and make poor choices. Over the past year, he has drastically changed. He has become the hardest working and most respectful student in his class. His life has absolutely changed for the better. </p>

Jesus even mentions during his life that Abraham would be glad to see his day. &#8220;I Am&#8221; spoke with Moses at the burning bush. It should help us see Jesus in the prophecies and understand how God set up His Church. </p>

I frequently need my pastor to point out my sins so I can repent of them with a Godly sorrow. I know God can commune these sins to me without my pastor, but having my pastor as a shepherd is so helpful in my life. </p>
