I generally give abundantly but I probably don’t pray about it as much as I should to make sure I am doing what god wants me to do

By going on mission trips and Christian events outside my church

I need to prioritize it better. Sometime I prioritize the earthly things instead of the heavenly things. Definitely an area I can do better. We are all on the journey and this will help me get further.

I struggle with this because I don’t feel that I don’t get the opportunity very often as I have a small family and work with a small subset of people. I need to get more involved and find ways to interact with more people.

Yes. I feel like god is calling me to make disciples of men and get more men into the church!

I actually struggle here. I have friends but not many true friendships, especially strong Christian ones. Need to be better here.

Quite a bit. Small Groups, Church classes, mission trips. All are about community and needed.

I need to be better at reflection. I have a prayer closet that I go to every morning but can be better with reflection.

Figuring out how to be protected from distractions. I do let others distract me whether it is snapping, talking, clapping etc. I need to figure out how to be ok with that.

Right now it is envisioning his call. What is he telling me to do or training me for? I think about that a lot and can’t wait for him to reveal the next step of his plan.

We need a relationship with him. Simply praying for something isn’t right. You need this relationship and understand that he wants you to be his.

He needed to persevere. It doesn’t always come on the first prayer. Persistence is key.

It’s about your relationship to god. He already knows what you need and sometime he doesn’t answer your prayer in the way you want it.

I have fasted but more to lose weight than to pray. I will do one of these soon.

God can do amazing things with prayer. He wants to see your heart. Others lives can be changed!!!

Be purposeful in praying for others. Got may reveal some thing about yourself to you as well.

For me it is probably being busy and not making prayer a box checking exercise that I do every morning. Finding quiet time and really opening up to the lord is something I want to work on.

This is a relatively new concept to me. I haven’t used scriptures to pray much. I would guess the Lord’s Prayer would be the big one for me.

Jesus asks us to ask him for anything no matter how big or small. He wants an intimate relationship with him and will always listen to us. He also asks us not to make a big show of praying and there is no need to ramble on.

That the lord wants us to pray and have an intimate relationship with us. He leans down to listen and gives us comfort and mercy when we do.
