Monotheism and Naturalism – One says we were created with purpose for a purpose. The other rejects that yet says the answer to why we are here is evolution/explosion, no known but we are here. Most people fall into these camps.

Monotheism and Deism at least have creation in common. Nihilism and Monotheism are different in terms of one rejects all, one is under one authority.
