I can echo this so many distractions have watered down the one thing that Jesus says man doesn’t live on bread alone but on every word that proceeds from the mouth of God . I think I’ve witnessed a pastor who proclaims the word and does not dull the listeners but people call him emotional lol. You can never please everyone but we must make sure…

I have really learned a lot from verse by verse preaching but I understand that not every church and especially my local church can do that . What I didn’t realize until recently the current methods of preaching lead and have led to baseless faith . That we don’t know what to do when we face trouble because we aren’t even aware of what God…

I don’t think so . I think my church considers stories more important than scripture . Inspiration motivation better than correction from the inerrant word of God . I have since learned that although it’s not explicitly stated it is implied that scripture is not enough for life transformation that is brought upon by Holy Spirit work in us and through us

I think that participants in the sanctuary cannot stand sound teaching if they are not given the opportunity to do so . Executive Pastors are so worried about people leaving their doors that they don’t want to challenge them with scriptures. That they don’t want to challenge them confronting their sin . That they don’t want to challenge them…
