How does this fact change how you see yourself as a leader? Who in your flock can you empower to help you lead?</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>It’s essential for me to remember that by authority has been delegated from the Chief Shepherd. It humbles me to see that it is not due to my own abilities, and it fuels me to be a good representative of the One who called me, as well as to seek to empower others in their growth.</p>

Some need the mil, other need protection. </p>
