Sometimes people will refute the Gospel by saying the Old Testament is all &#8220;fire and brimstone&#8221;, but there are always multiple opportunities where God warns people and desires to preserve them before his judgement comes. </p>

It boils down to obedience and trusting God to direct His plans rather than trying to run things our way because it&hellip;</p>

The outcomes belong to the Lord and if people reject Him, it doesn&#8217;t mean we&#8217;ve failed the Gospel. It just means we need to pray even harder that they will turn to Him and be saved. When anything supplants the Bible as the authority and will of God, we are sinfully placing man above God. It is not man who will sit in judgement, but God who will judge man at the end of his days.</p>
